RB-EXTGE-101HB is an Industrial grade inline Cat5e/Cat6 PoE extender, self powered, that extends the twisted cable reach by another 100m for each instance. With very little load (2.2W of budget needed), cascading units can extend cable reach up to 500m. Such extender is ideal for PoE devices that must be installed out of the common 100m reach of regular cabling.
The RB-EXTGE-101HB works with all IEEE PoE standards: 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt (90W). On a 802.3af/at/bt device, the extender doubles the twisted pair cable loop by a simple in-line insertion.
