The H10-1204SM-S is a 16-port Ethernet Layer 3 Managed Switch with 12-port 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and 4-port 1G/2.5G/5G/10G SFP+ slots for optical fiber and copper data networks, intended for Industrial Ethernet connections. H10-1204SM-S is hardened for extreme operating temperatures: -40 to +75 Celsius and supports Time Sensitive Network applications, including IEEE1588v2 PTP and Synchronous Ethernet. The Time Sensitive features also include IEEE 802.1AS Time Synchronization, IEEE802.1Qbu Frame
Preemption, IEEE 802.1Qbv Time Aware Shaper and IEEE 802.1CB Seamless Redundancy. The managed switch supports a variety of Ethernet functions, including Layer 3 features of OSPFv2, OSPFv3(IPv6), RIPv2 and Static Route, STP/RSTP/MSTP and multiple sub-Ring for redundant cabling, layer 2 Ethernet IGMP, VLAN, QoS, Security, bandwidth control, port mirroring and is housed in IP40 rated rugged metal housings designed to operate in difficult conditions, including mechanically and electrically extreme environments. H10-1204SM-S industrial switch has strong surge protection: 2kV per RJ45 port and 4kV per power input, being in strict compliance with IEC and EN standards for industrial grade equipment.
The H10-1204SM-S is the first model to support Time Sensitive Networks, being a great choice for backhaul of mobile networks and any other critical infrastructure.
All Industrial Ethernet switches include a DIN rail mounting kit and wall mounting kit.
